NoBall collects minimal data to provide our prediction service. When you visit our website, we may collect: • Browser type, device type and operating system (via cookies/analytics) • Pages viewed, time spent and navigation behaviour (anonymous usage data) • IP address (stored in anonymised form only) • Email address only if you voluntarily subscribe to our free daily tips newsletter We do NOT collect payment information, national identity numbers, betting account details or any sensitive personal data.

We use collected data exclusively to: • Improve the quality and accuracy of our cricket predictions • Send prediction newsletters to subscribers who have opted in • Understand which content is most useful to our visitors • Maintain security and prevent abuse of our platform We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

NoBall uses essential cookies to: • Remember your preferences (e.g. date navigation on the predictions page) • Track anonymous session data through Google Analytics • Store your one-time welcome popup acknowledgement (sessionStorage only — cleared when you close the browser) You may disable cookies in your browser settings. This will not affect your ability to view predictions, but some features may behave differently.

We may use the following third-party services: • Google Analytics — anonymous traffic analysis • Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection • Vercel / Netlify — website hosting infrastructure These services operate under their own privacy policies. We have no control over and are not responsible for their data practices.

• Prediction content is automatically deleted after 7 days from the match date • Newsletter subscription records are retained until you unsubscribe • Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 26 months per Google Analytics policy • We do not retain identifiable visitor data beyond the current session

NoBall is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
